I ordered three items. When they arrived one item was incorrect. I contacted Eurofoods and told them they’d sent me an incorrect item and could I have my original order. They said they didnt have it in stock so would refund me. I asked if they had a different size of the product I wanted as it was an Easter present. They told me to look online. I contacted them to try and do an exchange or pay directly as I was happy to do a reorder but stated I didn’t think it was fair that I should have to pay $23 again for shipping for an error they made. Now they are not responding. I have contacted them three times. Pretty disappointing customer service.
