Return & Refund Policy – Eurofood

7-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good order and condition — factory sealed, unopened, uncontaminated, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes, Eurofood accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • The item must remain unopened, factory sealed, uncontaminated, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Customer Remorse (non-defective items, change of mind) — customer pays return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we provide a free return shipping label.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email our return team at sales@eurofood.com.au to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization
    If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how and where to send your package. A prepaid return label will be provided when applicable.
  3. Package the Item
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it remains sealed and uncontaminated.
  4. Include RA Number
    If applicable, clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  5. Return Shipping
  • Customer Remorse: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange your own label.
  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Item: We’ll provide a free return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return of your item.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes, Eurofood accepts exchanges, but only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind):

  • Initiate a return first.
  • Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that items sent to our address without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Label from Eurofood

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Item: We provide a free return shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse: You are responsible for the shipping costs and must provide your own return label.

Re-Stocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will verify that the product(s) are in good order and condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of completing this verification.

  • If the refund request is not due to our error, only the cost of the item will be refunded — shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (such as refrigerated or perishable food products)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Provide photos and a description so we can evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was placed within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation required.

Items must be unopened, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no cost before it is shipped.

If you choose to cancel your order for personal reasons after it has been placed, a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the order value will be deducted from your refund. This covers bank/PayPal fees and labour costs related to restocking.
