Local Free Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer free local delivery for our valued customers under the following conditions:

  • Within 6 km from the Eurofood Moorabbin VIC warehouse: Free delivery for orders with a minimum purchase of $120.
  • A distance generator on the checkout page will determine your delivery category.
  • Orders submitted before 5:00 PM (Melbourne) will be delivered on the same day.

Please ensure you meet the minimum purchase requirement for your respective distance to qualify for free delivery.

Self-Pick-Up Option

For your convenience, we also offer a self-pick-up service from our warehouse:

  • Location: 8/291 Wickham Rd, Moorabbin, VIC 3189.
  • Parking: Free parking is available on-site for customers collecting their orders.
  • Minimum Purchase: No minimum purchase required for self-pick-up.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days.
  • Dispatch Notification: Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00 Melbourne time) will be processed the next business day.

  • Public Holidays: Delivery times may be delayed during public holidays due to limited courier operations. These delays are beyond our control.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Eurofood is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at Sales@eurofood.com.au if you need to make changes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor the delivery status of your order at our Track Your Order page.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at Sales@eurofood.com.au with the relevant details. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
