1: What shipping options are available?
We offer the following shipping options across Australia:
- Aust Post Express – VIC: 1–2 business days | Interstate: 2–4 business days
- Aust Post Standard – VIC: 2–3 business days | Interstate: 2–5 business days
- Local Free Delivery – Customers within 6 km of our Moorabbin warehouse qualify for free delivery on orders over $120.
- Self-Pick-Up – Collect your order directly from our warehouse at 8/291 Wickham Rd, Moorabbin VIC 3189.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor the delivery status on our Track Your Order page.
3. What is your returns & refund policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be factory sealed, unopened, and in their original condition. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a free return shipping label. For other returns, the customer pays the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after verification.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Union Pay.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before shipment. For cancellations after placing the order, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative costs.
6. What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at sales@eurofood.com.au with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
