Spice Package for Dutch Stamppot of Kale and Potatoes
This spicy package allows you to easily prepare a delicious traditional Dutch dish of kale and potatoes. This stamppot is easy to make and serves 4 people.
Preparation:
- Peel and wash 1.5kg potatoes
- Wash 600gr chopped kale
- Place potatoes and kale in a pan with a layer of water and cook until tender for 25 mins
- Boil 2dl milk in between
- Drain potatoes and kale, mash and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth
- Add package contents and let the stew heat through while stirring
- Added salt or pepper is not required
- Delicious with smoked sausage
