Absolutely yummy, if you love the peppery zing of ginger then you will adore these biscuits. They pair well will a good strong cup of tea. Lighter teas will be over-powered and coffee is altered by the ginger. The little chunks of glacé ginger..heavenly! Only sorry I didn't order more. Ate the last yesterday!
