Mrs Bridges Blackcurrants Preserve with Sloe Gin 340G ( BB 28/04/2028 )

Excellent strawberry jam - nice and thick, laden with whole fruit throughout. From what I've read about Geurts Jams, it seems it's all in the preparation; there is no stirring of the jam while being cooked, so the fruit retains it's texture. Will buy this jam again!
