I've tasted many mint sauces and Colman's is the best! No Australian mint sauce comes close, either too thin, too thick, jelly -like, vinegary or too sweet. Colman's is just perfect! It has a beautiful taste, with a nice "zing" to it and just the right level of sweetness and sourness. Perfect for lamb, and we add it to yogurt to have with curries. If you haven't tried it yet you're in for a treat!
