Delicious Silvo Spice Mix is perfect for making mince-based dishes like meatballs, meatloaf and hamburgers. One packet is enough for 500g of mince, no need to add extra salt, pepper or breadcrumbs!
How to use: add an egg to 500g of mince and mix in Silvo Spice Mix. Knead until well mixed, then use this mixture to make meatballs, hamburger or meatloaf according to your desired recipe/cooking instructions. Do not add salt, pepper or breadcrumbs.
Gehakt Stroganoff flavours in the mix include: dried onion, paprika white pepper, nutmeg, ginger, celery seed, red peppers, green peppers, tomato, leek, mushroom, and parsley.
