I generally go for more heat but the flavour was not over bearing, easily mixes with multiple dishes. I put some on a champagne ham and salami sandwich and it just brings out a certain flavour that works. I give this 5/5.

Being a hot sauce fan,and a lover of all things truffled, i could not resist ordering this. it delivers as promised. very strong truffle smell, which gets a big tick from me, because i am not used to anything promising truffles, actually coming through with the goods…which this definitely does! On top of that, the sauce is pleasantly hot, so that’s another tick. Don’t try it straight from the bottle when you get it, put it on something to get the proper effect - like scrambled eggs, or mix it with mayo for a great sauce to go with some salmon. It’s a winner. I will definitely be ordering this product again. also, as an aside…the Italians know how to package stuff! the bottle and label are beautiful. just an added bonus, if you like that sort of thing, i’m a commercial artist so i notice that sort of stuff :)

Firelli Hot sauce is so good, I'm glad I've got a local online supplier of the stuff & at such a reasonable price too!
