This short grained rice is used primarily for Risotto. The rice is worked on stone and polished with water. Sophisticated optical sorters ensure the quality.

Aborio is high in fibre, protein and complex carbohydrates keeping you fuller for longer and assisting in digestive health. It also absorbs a lot of flavour when cooking so add in a variety of herbs and spices for additional taste and nutrient benefits! Cooks best on a low heat and slowly.
