Not too sour, not too bland, just right for meats

I first tried this mustard at a delightful French ladies house in Paddington around 1976. She insisted we have it with our crumbly vintage cheese & crackers! It seemed a very odd idea, but once tasted I was hooked on that delicious French mustard, absolutely wonderful! Of course it is used in my kitchen in many different ways now but this was my first introduction all those years ago! Barbie J
