My first purchase of the Officer smoked cod liver I thought was just going to be a sampler. I found the smoked cod liver to be delicious, it became a staple. I particularly enjoy it for breakfast on toast. It has now become a great accompaniment with fried eggs or anything else I would enjoy with toast.
