Ingredients
1.5kg potatoes
500g sauerkraut
200ml milk
Directions
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Put potatoes and sauerkraut in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
Drain potatoes and sauerkraut, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth.
Add the mix and let the stew warm through and through.
Do not add salt or pepper.
