Bornholms Pressed Cod Roe 200G ( BB 26/05/2028 )

I have always purchased from local stores although it often is not in stock so I thought to try and buy online. The process was easy and was delivered soon after. I have grown up eating this, the block cut in thin square slices then fried in butter then eaten on a slice of buttered bread with Maggi sauce, delicious.

Sooner have the fresh cod roe or the tin but what I bought is good I am going to try the tin next

The pressed cod roe tasted great. Only problem is that I tend to eat too much of it,

Having eaten Norwegian cod roe for many years, this Danish one was as good as the canned Norwegian one!
