I have no issues with the service or price. I gave it a three star rating but didn't enjoy the product. For me the horseradish was stringy which made it hard to spread on my cold meat sandwiches or on a steak. My biggest disappointment was how mild the horseradish is with barely any heat at all. Fresh horseradish can almost bring a tear to my eye, and I've tasted bottled horseradish that maintained its heat, similar to tubed "wasabe". Growing my own radish just isn't an option so, I'll try another one of the products later.
