I was introduced to this item by friends many years ago, and sadly the two places I used to be able to purchase it stopped keeping it. I had a brainwave recently when I googled and found your website. Of the three I purchased I gave one to the friends who first introduced it, one of a daughter who loved it and kept one for myself. I found this marmalade had a thick texture (as I like it), and was very flavoursome ending with a note of tartness (but not too overpowering).
