Our classic free range pork chipolata sausage wrapped in dry cured streaky bacon. It's meant to be a 'side' for the Christmas feast, but next to a Gammon joint, we'd call it the star!

Pacdon Park pigs in blankets are made with Lancashire chipolata sausages wrapped in dry-cured, streaky bacon made from free-range pork. 

​Everything is better with bacon!

Oven – Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5.

Place on a baking tray and cook for 30-35 mins until golden.
