Preparation method

  • Rub 1 kg of bacon folds evenly with the mix.
  • Heat butter or baking product in a pan and fry the bacon steaks until browned and cooked through.
  • Do not add salt or pepper.

Tip: Delicious with a stew or with beetroot and boiled potatoes with a pinch of Silvo parsley.
