Purchased a large quantity of 125g 4 packs online from Eurofood wholesale. Shown as 125g online and on the invoice description. I instead received a large quantity of 100g bars. I have emailed them about this, and am currently being ignored. Their first reply containing the following excuse,
"they used to be @125g long time ago, factory reduce the weight on our recent shipment but prices still remain the same. With a website of thousands of items, at time there tend to have so typing error occur".
Basically saying it's hard to keep track of so many items, an alarming excuse for essentially a logistics business.
I would suggest anyone ordering a large amount of anything call and double check the stocked items and descriptions are up to date, but they hardly pick up the phone.
If I were a business seeking a refund or help I would quickly learn to use an alternative wholesaler/ supplier as their customer service is non existent.
The initial "shrinkflation" on Wright's part is disappointing and the added false advertising is another disappointment.
The actual product however is great for people with sensitive skin, no soap like it.
